Homeowner’s Guide

We have two separate Basement DefenderTM models that could be installed in your home. Please select the image of the device in your home to download the homeowner’s guide that pertains to your unit.

Cancel Your Account

1. Log into your account from a desktop computer. 2. On the left menu bar choose “My Plans.” 3. At the bottom of the window select “Cancel Subscription.” 4. Close the window.

Changing Your Credit Card

Log into your account from a desktop computer. 2. On the left menu bar choose “My Plans.” 3. In the upper right side of the window click on the box that say “Change Credit Card.” 4. Enter card information. 5. Select at the bottom of the window “Change Card.” 6.  Close the window.

Registering Your Account

After your Basement DefenderTM is installed, you will be sent an email with the subject line “Critical Information for your Basement DefenderTM Install” which contains the link to register your account. The email will look like this: You will need to click the “Click Here” button to complete your registration.
