Also make sure you either:
-Have the Basement DefenderTM App installed on your phone are logged into your account
or
1. Log into your Basement DefenderTM Account on Desktop
2. Click the left sidebar that says “My Account”
3. Click “Edit Info” and enter an email address or phone number in the “Alert Handling” fields near the bottom of the page
